Dr. Manthena Satyanarayana Raju

Founder

Dr. Manthena Satyanarayana Raju was born on 23rd April 1967 in Alaakaapuram, Andhra Pradesh. Coming from a family that followed Naturopathy and Natural Living, he developed an interest in natural food and healthy living from childhood. His personal experiences with natural food, yoga, and fasting strengthened his belief in the benefits of Natural Living. He later pursued deeper knowledge of Yoga and Naturopathy, with the aim of helping people lead healthier and happier lives.

Decades of research into salt-, sugar- and oil-free nutrition and non-drug wellness practices shaped the programme followed across the campus today.

Lifestyle support is helpful — but not a replacement for medical care

Lifestyle interventions can improve symptoms and overall health, but they are generally supportive rather than substitutes for evidence-based medical treatment in:

Type 2 diabetesHypertensionHeart diseaseAsthma Autoimmune conditionsChronic kidney diseaseAdvanced liver disease

For these conditions, medications and regular medical follow-up may still be necessary, even alongside significant lifestyle improvement. If you're considering a stay, discuss your diagnosis and current medications with your physician and our Tele-Consultation Doctor beforehand, so they can advise whether the programme suits your situation.
